Cold email infrastructure is set up in a fixed order: separate sending domains, a few inboxes each, SPF, DKIM and DMARC published and verified, weeks of warmup, a list built from a written customer profile and verified before sending, a sequence that carries CASL-compliant identification and unsubscribe, and monitoring that never stops. Most failed outbound fails at one of these steps, invisibly, before anyone reads the copy.
The build takes about four weeks before the first prospect is contacted, most of it warmup. That delay is the point.
What this will not do
It will not produce meetings in week one, it will not work for a vague target list, and it is not advertising. Unconventional Group builds and runs this stack as its lead generation service, scoped per engagement because the number tracks inbox volume and list size, and it does not run ad campaigns. Once the system is at volume, clients typically see movement in 14 to 90 days, measured against a baseline. That is a typical-results claim, not a guarantee of a number of meetings.
