THE TWO-DAY WEBSITE

SITE, SEO PASS, AEO PASS. LIVE IN TWO DAYS.

The standard ten to fifteen pages site plus both engineering passes — $1,500–$2,000 each on their own — live on your domain by the end of the second day. from $5,000. Four conditions make it work, and we confirm all four before booking.

WHAT YOU GET

THE SAME SITE, PLUS BOTH PASSES. TWO DAYS.

Nothing is cut to make the days. The schema, the structure, the speed budget and the llms.txt are the same engineering the standard build gets, and the SEO and AEO passes are the full passes we sell on their own — the difference is that the people who scope it build it, in one room, with you on call.

  • ✓ten to fifteen pages, custom-designed — the same site as the standard build
  • ✓Copy written by us from your intake brief and your facts
  • ✓The full SEO engineering pass, included — $1,500–$2,000 on its own
  • ✓The full AEO / AI-visibility pass, included — $1,500–$2,000 on its own
  • ✓Two meetings in total: kickoff and brief on the morning of day one, review and sign-off on the afternoon of day two
  • ✓Live on your domain by the end of the second day

LIVE BY THE END OF THE SECOND DAY

THE CONDITIONS

FOUR THINGS YOU BRING. THE TWO DAYS FAIL WITHOUT THEM.

Published here rather than buried in a contract, because a buyer who reads them and cannot meet them has just saved two days and a bill. We confirm all four before the days are booked.

01

One decision-maker, available both days

Every choice in the build gets made the day it comes up. If the person who can say yes is in meetings, the build waits.

02

Real photos sent ahead

You, your work, your premises. There is no stock imagery on this build — a two-day site with stock photos looks like a rushed site.

03

The intake brief answered the day before

Services, service areas, who you serve, what makes you different. The instant brief on this site is that intake; answer it and we build from it.

04

Domain registrar access and logins in hand

Going live means pointing your domain at the new site. Without registrar access that step is blocked at the end of the second day, and you finish with a site nobody can see.

IF ONE IS MISSING · If a condition is not met, the build does not fail — it converts to the standard build timeline, typically about two weeks, at the standard build price.

Answer the intake brief now →

Condition three, done in about 30 seconds. It is the brief we build from on day one.

THE TWO DAYS

HOW THEY RUN.

The plan for a typical pair of days. Two meetings, both video or in person; the rest is build and engineering, with your decision-maker on call.

  1. The day before

You answer the intake brief (the instant brief on this site is that intake), send the photos, and confirm registrar access. We confirm the four conditions and lock both days.

  2. Day 1 · 8:30 — Kickoff

The first of two meetings. We walk the brief together, settle the sitemap and the positioning line, and agree the primary call to action. Forty-five minutes.

  3. Day 1 · Morning — Design and copy

Design and copy run in parallel from your facts and your photos. Your decision-maker is on call for the questions that come up — service names, areas, the one thing you want said first.

  4. Day 1 · Afternoon — Build

The ten to fifteen pages come together on a staging link you can open on your phone. Anything you see that is wrong is fixed as it is found, not queued for a revision round.

  5. Day 2 · Morning — SEO pass

The full one-time SEO engineering pass: technical foundation, site structure and internal linking, structured data, local search, mobile performance, Search Console connected.

  6. Day 2 · Midday — AEO pass

The full one-time AEO pass: one clean entity, schema, an answers section written the way assistants quote, llms.txt, the AI-crawler allow-list. Forms wired to your inbox and CRM and tested.

  7. Day 2 · Afternoon — Review and sign-off

The second meeting. We go through it page by page, make the last edits live, and you sign off.

  8. Day 2 · End of day — Live

Domain pointed, certificate issued, forms tested end to end, every login handed over. It is your site.

THE PRICE

from $5,000

CAD · one-time · the starting point

The standard build is from $3,000. The difference is the two engineering passes — $1,500–$2,000 each when bought on their own — both included here in full, in two days instead of two weeks. After launch it is like any site we build: yours outright, $50 a year to run, and the optional support plans at $149/month and $349/month.

NOT INCLUDED

  • —A logo or full brand identity — bring the logo you have
  • —Stock imagery of any kind — the build uses your photos only
  • —More than fifteen pages, booking or payment integrations, or migrating an existing site's URLs — those are the standard build, scoped and priced up from $3,000
  • —Ongoing support — the optional Basic and Growth plans are the same as for any site we build

Anything on this list makes it a standard build, and we say so at booking.

STRAIGHT ANSWER

WHAT WE COMMIT TO, AND WHAT WE DO NOT.

Clients typically see movement in 14 to 90 days, measured against a baseline we capture before the work starts. This is a typical-results claim, not a guarantee.

We do not offer performance guarantees, we do not promise a specific ranking or a specific number of leads, and there is no “we keep going until it works” clause. What we do instead is measure: a baseline is captured before the work starts, and the same measurements are re-run afterwards, so the change is something you can check rather than something we assert.

On the two-day build we commit to the days: two meetings, the standard engineering, both passes in full, and the site live on your domain by the end of the second day when the four conditions are met. If one is not, the build converts to the standard timeline rather than to a worse site. That is a commitment about the work, not about how the market responds to it.

FAQ

TWO-DAY QUESTIONS.

What happens across the two days?

+

The day before: you answer the intake brief, send photos and confirm registrar access; we confirm the four conditions. Day one opens with the kickoff meeting to settle the sitemap and positioning; design and copy run through the morning from your facts, and the pages are on a staging link by the afternoon, fixed as you review them on your phone. Day two is the engineering: the full SEO pass in the morning, the full AEO pass at midday, forms wired and tested, then the review and sign-off meeting in the afternoon. The domain is pointed and the site is live by the end of the second day, with every login handed over.

What if we are not ready?

+

If a condition is not met, the build does not fail — it converts to the standard build timeline, typically about two weeks, at the standard build price. The four conditions are published so this rarely happens: we confirm one decision-maker for both days, the photos, the answered brief and registrar access before the days are booked, not on the first morning.

What if the site needs more than fifteen pages?

+

Then it is not a two-day site, and we will say so at booking rather than on day two. Both plans start at ten to fifteen pages. Beyond fifteen pages, or with integrations such as booking, payments or a migration with URLs preserved, the standard build applies: from $3,000, scoped and priced up from there, most sites go live in about two weeks from kickoff. That is typical rather than guaranteed, and it depends on your content arriving on time.

Can we do it remote?

+

Yes. Both meetings are video calls and the review happens on a staging link you open on your own phone. The conditions are the same remote or in person: the decision-maker has to be reachable on both days, not in back-to-back meetings.

What is the price, and why $5,000 rather than $3,000?

+

from $5,000 CAD, one-time, as the starting point. The extra over the standard build is the two engineering passes: the SEO pass and the AEO pass are $1,500–$2,000 each when bought on their own, and both are included here in full, in two days instead of two weeks. After launch it is the same as any site we build: yours outright, $50 a year for domain renewal and hosting, billed by us, and the optional support plans at $149/month and $349/month.

What is not included?

+

A logo or brand identity (bring the one you have), stock imagery of any kind, more than fifteen pages, booking or payment integrations, and migrating an existing site's URLs — those last three make it a standard build. Support after launch is optional and the same two plans as any site we build.
