OUR STORY
BUILT BECAUSE TOO MANY BUSINESSES GOT BURNED.
Overpriced templates, vendors that ghost, deliverables with no follow-through. We started Unconventional Group in Edmonton in 2023 to do it differently: a small team, doing its own work, with a price scoped to you, in writing, before any work starts.
Since then we have worked with 50+ businesses across Canada — demolition, custom fabrication, construction, moving and logistics, hospitality, professional services. The people who scope the work are the people who do it. No account-manager layer, nothing outsourced.
What we do not sell is a guarantee. Clients typically see movement in 14 to 90 days, measured against a baseline we capture before we start — and we hold to that distinction deliberately.

We look at what you have and tell you which of the four services is the right spend — including when the honest answer is the cheaper one, or none of them.
STEP 02
Scope And Number, In Writing
What is included, what is not, the timeline, and the price. Agreed before work starts. The number you approve is the number you pay.
STEP 03
Build, Measure, Hand Over
A baseline is captured before we start and re-run afterwards, so the change is something you can check. Every login and every document is yours at the end.
