To check whether ChatGPT recommends your business, ask it the questions your buyers ask, several times each, across several assistants, and record who gets named and who gets cited. A single question typed once tells you almost nothing, because the answer changes from run to run. A fixed set of questions asked repeatedly gives you two numbers you can compare next month: a mention rate and a citation rate.
This takes about two hours the first time. It needs no tools beyond the assistants themselves and a spreadsheet.
What the result means
A low mention rate with a low Odin AI score means the site itself is not readable or quotable. A low mention rate with a high Odin score means the site is fine and the assistants lack third-party reasons to trust it. A good mention rate with a low citation rate means you are found through directories, and your own pages are not being read. Each points to different work, and none of it comes with a guarantee: clients typically see movement in 14 to 90 days, measured against a baseline like the one you just captured. That is a typical-results claim, not a guarantee.
